Thanks for the post! Truly wonder what mental state most New York State residents live in?

My mostly middle to retired age exercise class almost SHUT DOWN...today

Due to an ANT crawling across the floor!

NO ONE wanted to "Kill it"....

Seriously?

And one must try to explain to these folks about what you are explaining TO these folks?

Ugh...

( eye roll)

They will NEVER hear you...

But please...

KEEP on Ms. Bobbie...

Thank you!

Absolutely unfortunately agree. Most people want to keep eating, doing and going where they want and have no interest in anything more than Netflix, shopping and complaining about something. I have been writing, calling and blasting the delusional bills the Dems up in Albany keep proposing which take away all parental rights and medical freedoms and I get the standard responses. Maybe a few republicans reply directly to me. I’ve been to rallies and showed up at my local reps office and it’s like watching paint dry. We are outnumbered in Albany and most of my friends are uninterested, voted for JB, and think I’m “extreme” and like the fact that I inform them of all this bad stuff while they do nothing :(

Excellent post! Thank you!

Congress needs to stop voting for omnibus spending bills! Sadly, Trump said he would primary the one lone Republican, Thomas Massie, who voted against the last continuing budget resolutions. Massie asked for separate appropriation bills.

From what I have learned over the decades is that the US has had a part in training and funding terrorists around the globe, creating and carrying out false flags, abusing and demonizing its own people since its inception. 'Greedy Leaders.' It's a thang.

I believe, the claim about sending condoms to Gaza was proven untrue. But waste and fraud don't have to be sensationalist to be cut off.

Does DOGE talk about parole or Temporary Protected Status? Those on parole come legally and have a sponsor in the US, while the latter are eligible for parole but chose to cross the border illegally and are shielded from deportation for now. So, my question would be who sponsored terrorists on parole. Furthermore, they can receive work authorization but they're not eligible for any benefits, it's the job of the sponsor to support them if they can't. Nothing to do with criminal records. And they should not be called "immigrants", it's a temporary status. It ended, they go back to their country. An immigrant is someone who moved to the US permanently. Words matter!

Biden admin incentivized illegal border crossings over coming legally. To come legally you have to satisfy multiple conditions, have to prove that you won't be a burden on taxpayers, you secured a job, have a business, money to support yourself and/or have a sponsor. Pay taxes while not being eligible for benefits. But cross illegally and get everything you want on taxpayer dime.

@Julia Please DON’T spread fake news about the ludicrous spending of USAID is untrue. Where is your source to prove your belief?

The Gaza is a province located in Mozambique of Africa, not the Gaza Strip in the Muddle East. But it is true nonetheless, and nobody said it’s the Gaza Strip either.

I don't "spread" anything, I expressed my opinion "I believe". Proving a belief, one way or another, is an oxymoron. Such extreme control-freakery, not to mention concern trolling.

The link leads to an article mentioning Palestinians. Maybe, those are Mozambique Palestinians living in Mozambique Gaza, I don't know.

@Julia You did spread fake news in your own statement right here. Your opinion is one thing, but when you tell people that a certain thing didn’t happen, it’s either fake or true news. Period.

The fact that our tax dollars randomly thrown at Gaza in Mozambique for “condoms” (who knows if the 50 million is actually used for distributing condoms?) is a huge waste while American hurricane victims in North Carolina and Tennessee are given a one-time $750 payment in total from FEMA. I am outraged by your “belief” announcing that the wasteful spending in Gaza is untrue. It smells like an attack on the integrity of the DOGE.

Even if you didn’t mean to attack DOGE, your opinion is based on your ignorance.

That sounds great. What we now need is to spend endless amount of our tax money so we can make massive AI data buildings and info regarding every little thing about all of us so we can be chipped and watched 24/7 like Chinese people do and ultimately put chips in our brain. That is going to be so much better way to spend our tax money.

{So it follows that our federal government should have a simple test to determine where our tax dollars are spent... does this expenditure make the United States safer, stronger, or more prosperous? If so, then we should consider the possibility of spending money on it.}

I would like to suggest that a better test (better connected to the legislators' oath of office) would be "Does this expenditure fall within the clear meaning of one of the enumerated powers of the Congress found in the article of the Constitution of these United States that creates the Congress?" (That's "clear meaning" as it would be understood by a 1780s reader.)
