We always push the general elections, but we forget about the primary elections and local elections; town and school boards for example. We all want the shady tree, but we forget to plant the seed to grow that tree.
This won’t fix anything ! Sorry to say that but if you people think voting is the answer you need to research more. The only way forward is unfortunately force. We the people need to unite somehow and take it back. Voting is corrupted. We have to go to there houses or offices and citizen arrest these criminals set up citizen grand juries prosecute these tyrants and jail them. Then set up the system with no way to game it. Voting won’t work. Actually the fact that your organization want work within their system shows the side you’re really on.

I’ve had similar thoughts about how I was raised as a free child in FL & CT. Unfortunately my daughter’s childhood looked nothing like mine. It’s not just NY that has changed. It’s every state. In fact, our entire world has been reshaped by greed - pure & simple. We need a spiritual revolution. We do this by massive peaceful nonresistance. We learn to stand up, speak out, and say “no” to everything that is not right. We focus on the direction we want the world to go. And we get to work being a force for unity. Divisiveness just tears us all apart. We work fervently to dismantle the secure world our “millionaire” legislators inhabit. They have not been working for us for a very long time. But we do it with love (and without resistance to what is). When we don’t resist what is, we free up energy to change it. We focus on a bright and positive future and every fiber of our being moves in that direction. We must BE the change before we see it.
