Parents should home school their own children before brainwashing public schools indoctrinate them and turn them into zombies.

Thank you for your work Ms. Cox. It starts the day kids are born, if in hospital. Jabbed with HepB and vit K minutes after birth, footprints taken and social security number issued. With all the infant death and miscarraige we are seeing after the injections, we are indeed looking at genocide as I am sure most of you here would agree. The kids alive now are ever more precious in the light of all that. Parents need a lot of support right now, it's very difficult to home school in terms of keeping a family housed and fed and still try to resist this evil push to completely cut parents out of their childs lives. Folks need help getting out of cities and into alternative communities, myself included. So much work to do!

an' if ya gotta special needs child imagine how much worse it is cuz:

a) even if they are verbal (I got an Aspie), they may be more impulsive, more easily influenced and less informed than typical kids about their own allergies, family history, immune system ,etc PLUS

b) kids with ASD (as an example... there are others with diff. challenges too) are behind developmentally (even the bright ones) in terms of maturity and sound judgement so even IF they are 18 (or 21) they are not often capable of makin' their own informed / safe medical decisions (75% of gender monkey biz performed on confused young people on the spectrum!).

Many parents of kids with ASD do not want ta have to go full-on guardianship to JUST be included in doctor's appts. or discussions or even see test results--guardianship goes too far in the opposite direction (it's nearly "ownership"--ugh)--but here in NY parents have near-zero rights othewise EVEN if the kids have a developmental disability--talk 'bout insanity! (Been there/ still there/seen it first hand! "Can MOM kindly leave the room?"...Mom cannot request to "stay...")

ps we homeschool but all the above applies to ALL kids!

Like it or not, through our collective naïveté, we are now all parents to this fully-grown, out-of-control abomination that has turned against us. The time for living an apolitical life is over. The only way out of this mess is to get involved. Bobby Ann is right: 2024 is an opportunity to vote these monsters out. Do not waste it New York!

Government officials now presume first claim on your children. "It takes a village," as someone said.

Can parents in NYS not use the argument of "No taxation without representation" - the reason i say this is that parents are to be be kept in the dark about what's happening to their kids but they've got to pay for something they had no knowledge of --- simply put "if you go behind my back then you're paying for it not me"

Parents need to stand up and start speaking out or get themselves and their kids out of NYS

Thank you, this is very informative and I appreciate you including the links for us to read the bills ourselves in their entirety.

Parents need to ban together, form local groups and fight for your parental rights. The parent groups should then hire lawyers for class action lawsuits.

I don’t have any minor children but if I did I would be so happy my state of Florida is stepping up and doing the right thing.

And let’s not forget another bill being sponsored right now S1532 which requires that schools and school employees treat students consistently with their gender identity or expression including using pronouns and names consistent with the students gender identity or expression regardless of their education records/birth certificate etc and allows students to participate in sex segregated activities and access sex segregated facilities in a manner consistent with the students gender identity, including but not limited to restrooms, locker rooms, athletic teams, single sex classrooms, student housing or overnight accommodations, in a manner consistent with their gender identity and MORE….

NYS Senators annd Assemblymembers are now in the business of indoctrination and removing parental rights. Sharing this and your Substack far and wide and praying it doesn’t get passed.

This is another outrageous example of "government" as the "established religion" dictating "morality" and "authority" of a theocratic bureaucracy. The "age of majority" needs to be uniform, but progressive relative to different categories of behavior and decision-making.

E.G., an intentional act of violence directed at another or possession/transport of a narcotic or other controlled substance - 12 years of age or older the individual is in the "eyes of the law an 'adult'"; ability to contract, purchase/possess specified products (e.g., tobacco, alcohol, arms, other than de minimis personal property) - 16 years; emancipation - 18 years; ... Done (?).

After attaining each age the individual has the opportunity to sign a legally binding "waiver" of their then statutory age of majority (until and without exception the age of 18 years) providing the "parent(s)/'guardian(s)" post sufficient bond (e.g., no less than $10mil (?; inflation adjusted)).

I am beyond words at how disappointed I am in our impossibly stupid and immoral governor in New York. Thank god for some of our state senators, such as George Borrello.
