How can anyone get through law school and pass the bar exam without knowing the Constitution thoroughly? The mind boggles!

Sad situation when the vast majority of individuals serving in government have little or no knowledge of our federal and state constitutions. Our federal Constitution grants very limited enumerated powers to the federal government. For instance, health issues are NOT among those limited powers. In spite of this a Congress and a President enacted the Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) into “law.” And then when challenged in the courts the Supreme Court ultimately rewrote the law, having no authority to do so, and declared it constitutional. The Affordable Care Act should have been immediately declared by the district federal court as unconstitutional and thrown out. The decision could have been rendered within seconds of a filed court case and upheld by each subsequent higher court. The same could be said for almost every federal alphabet agency that has been empowered by Congress with powers the Constitution never granted. They should all be eliminated. The individual states have the right to exercise any power not granted to the federal government and not contrary to the federal Constitution.

Instead of having lawyers with vast knowledge of prior court cases and precedents, we’d be better off with judges with just a clear understanding of English and a thorough knowledge of the Constitution as written (not as previously interpreted) to hear cases and render speedy judgment.

Thanks! Interesting and instructive article! I had skimmed a headline about this confirmation hearing but did not read the details. Wow!

Breach of separation is the theme of the Biden administration. I recall Dr. Zelenko getting the attention of regulators for giving patients HCQ, Ivermectin and other FDA approved drugs. But remdesivir that flunked drug safety school was promoted to EUA by fiat ... no questions asked ... and went on to produce organ failure in millions of patients. Our passive aggressive DOJ did nothing to stop the extermination of Americans. DOJ inaction removes the ability to challenge the EUA in court except by citizen lawsuits that are expensive and slow ... while people die.

Constitutional question: does the Constitution give government the discretion to kill its own citizens to gratify financial and political interests?

Excellent Article Bobbie Anne. This should be Main Stream news, instead they want us fighting over each other.

Well done and perfectly summed up by the Lincoln quote! Unfortunately our Congress lacks the will to impeach and convict those who are incompetent or abuse power.

Hi Bobbie Ann,

I'd love any feedback on this video

It was released the end of December 2022.

It has less than 1,000 views so far.

https://odysee.com/Overthrow-of-the-US/b547a9088e8a44055177cc61fbc06700445b0cc9It

It explains legally why all the unconstitutional

actions by Fed, state and local governments were

allowed to happen and why the US Constitution

was not able to protect us. There is a section

where the Kathy Hochul quarantine camp and the

judge striking it down is covered. Please watch the video and educate us accordingly. THANK YOU!!!!

The crucial questions are:

1. Was Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren embarrassed enough to pull her name from consideration?

2. If no to the latter question, in the name of bipartisanship, will Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren still get the votes she needs to be confirmed anyway?
