Guess which Republican senators voted yes to confirm:

Susan Collins (ME), Lisa Murkowski (AK), and Mitt Romney (UT).

"This Constitutional Republic called America is an historic aberration. Any honest student of history will note that the prevailing socio-economic system is feudalism, where a tiny minority control the vast majority of wealth, power, and resources. In doing so, they have absolute control over the 99% of the population. Power equals control." ~ Howard Nemerov

Jackson would seem to be sending us back to feudalism by her her lack of understanding.

Infuriating ignorance promoted by DEI

Jackson also ignores history -- when southern state governments allowed or encouraged slavery. Or later on, when J Crow and similar laws and their governmental/law enforcement agencies worked against black people. Trusting government fully has never worked out.

This is why elections matter. You are not just electing a president for four years—you are electing a judicial pipeline for a generation. The left understands that. Too many Republicans forget it. Ketanji Brown Jackson is the warning label: a justice who seems far more comfortable empowering government than restraining it. That is ass-backwards. The Constitution exists to bind the state, not muzzle the citizen. Once judges start treating rights as obstacles and bureaucracy as wisdom, liberty is on the chopping block. Lifetime appointments mean lifetime consequences. Pick the wrong president, and you may be stuck with his judges long after he’s gone.

Thank you Bobby Anne! Excellent Post!

Ketanji's appointment was .. In the Truest sense someone Completely and Utterly ...UNQUALIFIED to sit on the Supreme Court.. America has got to climb out of the Moral and Ethical ashes and like the Phoenix Now.. soar above once again.. We Can.. as citizens by Demanding... From our various representatives the Raising of Standards for ALL Judges qualification.. above Political affiliations.. above WOKE/DEI dementia.. contaminating so many minds.. We must reinstall a radiant examples of a Democratic-Constitutional-Republic.. with a court system of eminently qualified Judges.. Not so many political hacks.. and second rate judicial minds..

The change required Starts at Home with the parents engaging the child early and often [[dinner time is ideal, No electronics of any type should be allowed at the dinner table.. NO exceptions..]], to question.. to explore.. to examine.. fundamental issues in life.. Everything is up for audit.. what are the various types of governments?.. what does our court system really do today.. not just in concept, but in actuality? Encourage them to really dive in.. Find examples. etc. Make it a safe place to explore any matter.. nothing being off-limits..

Every American household can set that stage to one degree or another.. we can Light that Fire .. see that spark in their eyes that reflects legitimate interest in a subject..

I was blessed to create that dinner table for a few short years.. with my four.. my eldest daughter has been a judge for a few years now.. my younger daughter is a clinically licensed scientist.. I have two successful sons in the world of business..

Anyone can do the same... make your dinner table a place of True nourishment.. Body, Mind and Spirit..

Let's turn this Nation around.. starting today and every day.. till it begins to resemble once again the Shining House on the Hill.. our Founders Created..

I think you mean Associate Justice Ketanji "I Don't Understand" Brown Jackson.

Bobbie Anne, you need to go on Attorney Andrew Branca's show. I did drop your name and will forward the article to him somehow, someway.

Please be aware, making a drinking game (even with water) out of KBJ's infamous line can be hazardous to one's health!! 🤔😁😁

Sure wish our Fore Fathers would’ve placed Term Limits in our Constitution

The other SCOTUS justices must cringe and grit their teeth - including the two liberal leaning justices, every time this WOMAN opens her mouth.

Ketanji Jumanji complements ojoebama. All 3 were illegitimate. obama pushed ketanji up the ladder. She is also related by marriage to traitor Paul Ryan. There is a piece about her on GETTR now. This person gives an insight of ketanji. She is BAD news. Justice Thomas knows.

Also, she wore a voodoo shell necklace at President Trump's inauguration.

Federalist Papers #78 Summary - "There is no position which depends on clearer principles, than that every act of a delegated authority, contrary to the tenor of the commission under which it is exercised, is void. No legislative act, therefore, contrary to the Constitution, can be valid. To deny this, would be to affirm, that the deputy is greater than his principal; that the servant is above his master; that the representatives of the people are superior to the people themselves; that men acting by virtue of powers, may do not only what their powers do not authorize, but what they forbid." Judges get paid by government - dogs don't bite the hand that feeds them... judges should be paid by lobbyists just like politicians - except there are no lobbyists for the Constitution.

If the president appoints 7 of the justices on the SC, who appoints the other 2?

Typo. Supposed to be corrected pre-post, but was corrected after posted.

Without applauding Brown's appointment in the slightest, I would guess it may paradoxically help the cause of justice having her on the court. Having a person of such radical and unabashed ideologic tendencies will tend to push even her fellow democrats on the bench, such as Kagan and Sotomayer, towards the center. Her poorly thought out leftist views may be so horrifically argued that they will push these normally left leaning liberal justices towards the center, so eager might they be to avoid affiliating with someone of such poor judgment as her. Moreover, sometimes one can be ones' own worst enemy by advocating extremely poorly for the causes one believe in. The shallowness and lack of rhetoric bite of a presentation may encourage even those who would normally sympathize to see things differently.

Imagine, playing the 'lesser of two evils' 'part-time pro-freedom' game right here. Shameful.

Neither "side" has a corner on judicial activism. Also, the U.S. senators for a state are traditionally the ones who move proposed nominations to the president for official nomination (with final confirmation on advice and consent of the senate), so there is some kind of local rule. If the president is appointing from the top down, that is another form of agenda-driven activism. I would be looking at where these nominees come from. For the Republicans, they are almost always approved by the Federalist Society. That is pretty darned activist.
