Wow, disappointing. There is no deceptive technique they leave unutilized: summarizing it instead of putting the actual language of the bill on the ballot. It would seem that this is where the legal challenge might be successful, eventually, but the roadblock of standing would have to be overcome.
I have family living in NY. I shudder to think how this will harm them going forward.

The fact that Trump was re-elected in spite of everything the Left has at its disposal shows that telling the truth about the evildoers does matter.
The great problem is people coming to the realization that they are getting screwed. Witness how many are still unable to put the pieces together about the covid tyranny and harms from the shots. I wonder how long it will take for them to come to this realization about Prop one.
The wording for Prop 1 was short and made people think there was equal justice for everyone. It mentioned nothing of substance. It was deceitful and that is how communists and perverts operate. Those who vote the Democrat line no matter what will be shocked to see how their children will be treated.

Hi Bobbie. The people of New York don't deserve all the wonderful things you do for them. They keep making the same mistake over and over again. I keep hearing rumors that at some date in the future Letitia James might become mayor. Every election they vote the same people into office. If these people are going to continue to be stupid then let them suffer. No matter how much you warn them, they don't listen. You work too hard for people who don't appreciate it. Let the police put them in quarantine camps. Maybe that will wake them up. Anton Lavay used to say that stupidity must be severely punished.
Unfortunately, it will be the people that do take a stand that get hurt. That's why we need to keep fighting. It took time to get NY in the mess it is in, and it will take time undoing the mess. Thank you Bobbie Anne for providing priceless information. Regarding abortion, you mentioned that it's been legal in New York State for half a century+ which I didn't know. I was alive when abortion was illegal in New York State. I've been pro-choice my entire life. Abortion should never have been a political issue, but the GOP has loved it being so and making itself "the party of anti-abortion" mainly because it caused them to lose elections--which they love to do. They're still trying to use it to lose elections, recall in 2022 Lindsey Graham said he was going to call for national abortion ban. It's especially sickening to me when men try to promote anti-abortion. To end unwanted babies, such men should advocate that all males have vasectomies and freeze their sperm by age 18. Which leads me to Lee Zeldin whom you said you worked with quite a bit. He could be the greatest guy in the world but he's known as anti-choice. He's also said his personal views on the matter wouldn't cause him to change existing abortion rights laws. I only mention this because to me Lee Zeldin is damaged goods as a male who's adamantly anti-choice. No matter how worthy the cause, if I knew Zeldin was involved in it, I'd pay no attention. I'm just telling you this as a very average person who--thanks to you--voted against prop. 1 on Nov. 5.
